To maintain air quality and temperature in crowded lecture halls and sensitive labs, we implemented a massive centralized cooling plant:
York Chiller Plant: 450 TR (Tons of Refrigeration) total capacity.
Air Handling Units (AHUs): Installation of 6 high-capacity units for zoned climate control.
Lab-Grade Ventilation: Specialized ductwork to ensure safe air exchange in chemical and biological laboratories.
⚡ Electrical Infrastructure: Redundancy & High-Voltage Power
Research and education cannot afford downtime. We delivered a robust power network connected via King Saud University for maximum reliability:
Medium Voltage Switchgear: 13.8 kV system consisting of 11 high-spec cubicles.
Power Redundancy: Dual power supply sources to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
Transformer Farm: Installation and testing of 4 units (2 MVA each).
Distribution: Full load testing for 10 main electrical panels.

Vertical Mobility: Installation and rigorous testing of 6 Sigma Elevators to manage high student traffic.
Building Management System (BMS): Integration of RTU panels, allowing centralized monitoring of HVAC, lighting, and power consumption for maximum energy efficiency.
